Welcome to Wycombe Sound’s coverage of the 2024 UK General Election, focusing on the heart of High Wycombe & South Bucks. 

As our community prepares to cast their votes, we’re committed to bringing you the most up-to-date and relevant information about the candidates and issues that matter most to you.

Wycombe Sound's Coverage

Wycombe Sound will be live from 10pm on Election Night after the polls have closed with coverage throughout the night all the way till breakfast. We will have presenters at the count in Stoke Mandeville, which will be the main count venue for the five constituencies in Buckinghamshire. The counts are expected to last through the night and into the following morning. 

In the build-up to the election, to help you make an informed decision, Wycombe Sound will be hosting hustings for the  Wycombe, Chesham and Amersham, Beaconsfield and Mid Buckinghamshire constituencies, along with individual interviews for the Wycombe candidates.

We plan to air the Wycombe candidates 1:1 interviews on Sunday 23 June from 5pm, and make these available on our website shortly after.

The hustings debate for each of the following constituencies are scheduled as follows, available on the website shortly after they air:
– Wycombe (Scheduled to air on Monday 24 June from 8pm)
– Chesham and Amersham (Scheduled to air on Tuesday 25 June from 8pm)
– Beaconsfield (Scheduled to air on Wednesday 26 June from 8pm)
– Mid Buckinghamshire (Scheduled to air on Thursday 27 June from 8pm)
