Have Your Say – What should we be asking local candidates for the 2024 General Election?

Wycombe Sound will be covering the 2024 General Election. We will be broadcasting live from the count on the evening of the 4th July going into the early hours of the 5th until all local results have been announced. Ahead of this, to help enable you to make an informed decision on who to vote for at a local level, we will be offering all 9 High Wycombe candidates a 1:1 interview which we plan to air on Sunday 23 June from 5pm, and make available on our website.

We will also be facilitating a hustings debate for each of the following constituencies, which all cover parts of our coverage area:
High Wycombe (Scheduled to air on Monday 24 June from 8pm)
Chesham and Amersham (Scheduled to air on Tuesday 25 June from 8pm)
Beaconsfield (Scheduled to air on Wednesday 26 June from 8pm)
Mid Buckinghamshire (Scheduled to air on Thursday 27 June from 8pm)

In line with Wycombe Sound’s commitment to provide a local voice, we welcome the submission of topics and questions that you want put to local candidates standing to represent you. All suggestions will be used to set the questions asks in both the 1:1 interviews with High Wycombe candidates and for the 4 hustings based on the local topics raised.

You can email Election@wycombesound.org.uk or fill in the form below. If emailing, please make sure to include which constituency you are part of.
